Palo Duro Canyon Texas Engagement // Canyon, TX // Katie + Cameron

I had so much fun hanging out with Katie and Cameron in the Texas Panhandle for their Palo Duro Canyon engagement! Theses two are so smitten and in love! They were silly and goofed off with each other which made for such great energy in their shots. Their vibe was a Yellowstone inspired denim on denim look, which fit perfectly for this canyon engagement session! Here’s a little about Katie and Cameron.

How they met

“Cameron and I met in college, at a party at his house. My best friend, David was pledging his fraternity and invited me to just come hangout. I met Cameron-and his girlfriend-at the time. They didn’t last long after that. We dated off and on for the next three years then eventually broke it off once he moved to Fritch and I moved to Dallas. I started dating someone else. Cameron found out and was not happy about it!”

“I went to Nashville with a group of friends and Cameron knew I was there- just from social media and texting each other here and there. He bought a ticket to Nashville WITHOUT ME KNOWING. I was at dinner when he started FaceTiming me- I was so confused, because he knew I was busy, but I answered anyways. When the FaceTime connected it said “Welcome to Nashville” and he was at the airport coming to see me! He showed up at our Air BnB and said that we were meant to be together and he was done pretending like he was happy without me. We’ve been together ever since. Ballsy move, but worked out in the end!”
