Hugo’s on the Square Wedding // Canyon, Texas

I am so excited to introduce Mr. and Mrs. LaRue! I just adored working with them. Lauren is an angel and made for the happiest, sweetest, most beautiful bride! Ian was so tender with Lauren. The love between these two was so sweet! I witnessed something I never have before at this wedding and it was so moving.

Ian and Lauren were lighting their unity candle and when they stepped back, he reached for her and whispered something in her ear. I don’t know what it was but afterward, several people commented on how sweet and surprising it was. It felt like in the movies when you don’t see it coming but it gives you sudden chills. The rest of the night he was holding her hand or her back and guiding her. He would pick up her dress to hold while she walked without even hesitating. As you can see he had no trouble gazing at his beautiful bride quite often. I witnessed true love and admiration on this day. I know they felt it, too! Here’s what they have to say:
